 2.Functional Features

Specialized servo signal conversion, supporting real-time transmission of valve position feedback and servo drive command signals.

Onboard built-in noise suppression circuit to filter industrial electromagnetic interference and guarantee stable servo signal transmission.

Configurable signal range via on-board jumpers, compatible with mainstream turbine servo actuator voltage/current feedback signals.

Integrated hardware identification chip, enabling automatic board recognition and built-in self-diagnosis for system fault alarm.

Simplex single-channel architecture, plug-and-play matching with Mark VI main processor racks, no complex auxiliary configuration software required.

High-density euro-block terminal terminals, convenient on-site wiring of shielded twisted pair field cables.

  3.Application & Operation

Application

It is widely deployed in power plant gas turbines, steam turbines and refinery industrial turbine control systems, used to control fuel valves, air intake valves and exhaust bypass valves to adjust unit load, speed and temperature parameters.

Operation

The board receives digital control commands from the main processor, converts them into analog driving signals to drive servo actuators; meanwhile collects real-time valve position feedback signals and uploads them to the controller to form closed-loop regulation. 24VDC bus power supply on the board powers all connected servo transducers; terminal ground terminals must be connected with short grounding wires to reduce signal drift. Only simplex control mode is supported, not applicable for TMR triple redundant safety control loops.

DIN rail mounting design, multiple boards can be vertically stacked to save control cabinet space.

Surface-mount circuit technology, compact PCB layout with small overall dimensions and light weight.

Rugged industrial-grade PCB with dustproof and anti-vibration structure, suitable for continuous operation in power plant cabinet environments.

Permanently installed high-density euro-block terminal blocks, reserved independent grounding screw terminals for SCOM signal ground.

Single dedicated cable interface for connecting to the main processor board, unified wiring specification consistent with other Mark VI terminal boards.

   5.System Characteristics

Fully compatible with all Mark VI series control hardware and supporting ToolboxST configuration software for parameter debugging and status monitoring.

Wide operating voltage range adapts to fluctuating cabinet DC power supply, with overvoltage and reverse connection protection circuits.

Operating temperature range fits conventional power plant cabinet ambient temperature, stable performance under long-term 24-hour continuous operation.

Onboard self-test function automatically verifies circuit, wiring and signal channel integrity after power-on, quickly locating wiring or board failure faults.

Matched with GE official repair standards, spare parts and overhaul services are available with formal warranty support.
