I. Product Overview
The IS200ISBDG1AAA is a genuine GE Mark VI series turbine emergency trip terminal board, specifically designed for gas turbine control systems. It is responsible for driving the unit’s emergency shutdown and overspeed protection circuits. It works in conjunction with a TRPG board to control three trip solenoid valves and provides DC power to the positive side of the trip circuit. It features 12 built-in relays, employing a 3-out-of-2 voting logic for safe tripping. It is compatible with single/dual/triple redundant unit architectures. The H1B version, operating at 125VDC, is a mainstream, universal model and can be linked with the entire IS200 I/O board series, including PPRO and TSVO.

Standard Operation
After power failure, install the board into the Mark VI standard rack slot for secure mounting;
First terminal block wiring: 3-way trip solenoid valves, energy-saving resistors, emergency stop button;
Second terminal block connection to up to 7 trip interlock signals;
Dedicated cable with molded plug connects the J2 power interface to the PPRO control module;
For single-load systems, additional J1 cable is used to transmit trip signals to the TSVO board, driving the servo valve to lock;
After power-on, read the circuit status via ToolboxST to verify the 2/3 out of 3 protection logic.
